प्रशासन गाँवों  के संग अभियान की सफलताएँ 

बांसवाडा जिले में इन दिनों निरंतर पंचायतों में कैंप आयोजित हो रहे हें .ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोगों में जबरदस्त उत्साह नजर आ रहा है. सभी विभाग लोगों को राहत पहुंचानें का प्रयास कर रहे हैं. हमारे सहकारी विभाग ने भी इन शिविरों में अपनी उपस्थिति का अहसास कराया है.भूमि विकास बैंक भी अपनी योजनाओं का प्रचार कर रहा है.बैंक की प्रमुख समस्या ऋणों की कम वसूली होना है ,हालाँकि इन शिविरों में अवधिपार ऋणियों के नाम पढ़े जा रहे हैं लेकिन ऐसे लोगों के फोटो शिविर में प्रदर्शित करने की भी आवश्यकता है ताकि सार्वजनिक रूप से ऐसे लोगों के बारे में जानकारी हो सके और ऐसे लोगों से वसूली भी की जा सके.अभी अभियान की शुरुआत है ,हम उम्मीद करते हैं आगे कुछ और अच्छी योजनाएँ और राहत के नए आयाम जोड़ें जायेंगें.

सहकारिता के बगैर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र का विकास अपूर्ण है क्योंकि आज भी आम कृषक को केवल सहकारी संस्थाएं ही लाभान्वित कर रही हैं, चाहे खाद बीज हो या ऋण आवश्यकताएं. हमारा कृषक आज भी सहकारिता के माध्यम से अपनी कई आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति कर्ता है. प्रशासन अभियान में नए सदस्य बनाने तथा कृषि /अकृषि कार्यों की कई जानकारियां दी जा रही हैं.  

इन शिविरों में एक ही स्थान पर विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से लोगों को राहत पहुंचानें का यह अनूठा प्रयास है.

"प्रशासन गांवों  के संग अभियान 2010 "में सहकारिता की भूमिका 
राजस्थान सरकार 10 दिसम्बर से 31 दिसम्बर 2010 तक अत्यंत महत्वकांशी " प्रशासन गावों के संग 2010 " प्रारंभ करने जा रही है . इस अभियान में पंचायत स्तर पर शिविर आयोजित होंगे जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा ग्राम वासिओं के लिए मौके पर ही कई कार्य किये जायेंगे .
हमारा सहकारी विभाग भी इस  अभियान में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा. शिविर में ही ऋण योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए ऋण आवेदन पत्र तैयार करने के साथ -साथ ऋण वितरण भी किये जायेंगे .ऋण वितरण के अलावा ऋण वसूली के लिए भी प्रयास किये जायेंगे .अवधिपार ऋणियों के नाम शिविर में पढ़ कर सुनाएँ जायेंगे .इसका सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा क्योंकि हाल ही में ऐसे ऋणियों के फोटो चिपकाने से भी काफी प्रभाव पड़ा है .शिविर में सहकारी विभाग और संस्थाओं की महत्वपूर्ण भागीदारी होगी .सभी सहकारी संस्थाएं अपने अधिकारिओं और कर्मचारियों के माध्यम से इन शिविरों में आम लोगों को लाभ पहुचाएंगे .
रजिस्ट्रार साहब श्री पी एस मेहरा ने अपने आदेश के माध्यम से इन शिविरों में किये जाने वाले कार्यों और जिम्मेदारियों के सम्बन्ध में व्यापक निर्देश जारी कियें हें .
इस प्रकार के शिविरों में एक ही स्थान पर सभी प्रकार की सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध हो जानें से समय की बचत होने के अलावा कई अच्छी योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन भी हो जाता है .हाल ही में ऋण समजौता शिविर के दौरान भी भूमि विकास बैंक बांसवाडा  को अपेक्षाकृत कुछ सफलता प्राप्त हुई थी.  
में उम्मीद करता हूँ की बांसवाडा  भूमि विकास बैंक और बांसवाडा  की सभी सहकारी संस्थाएं इन शिविरों में अपने आवंटित कार्य बखूबी से पूर्ण करेंगे .

सहकार सप्ताह का आयोजन 

दिनांक 14 नवम्बर से 19 नवम्बर तक अखिल भारतीय सहकार सप्ताह का आयोजन होता है .इस दौरान हर दिन अलग -अलग विषयों पर कार्यक्रम ,गोष्ठियां और परिचर्चाएं आयोजित की जाती हैं.इस वर्ष सहकारी विभाग राजस्थान नें विभिन्न शहरों में राज्य स्तरीय कार्यक्रम आयोजन की योजना बनाई है.सहकार सप्ताह सहकारिता में हो रहे अच्छे कार्यों का दर्पण है.इस दौरान आम  जन  को भी सहकारिता से रूबरू होने का अवसर प्राप्त होता है .राजस्थान में लगभग सभी सहकारी संस्थाओं में निर्वाचित संचालक मंडल स्थापित हो चुकें हें ऐसी स्थिति में सहकार सप्ताह का महत्व और अधिक हो गया है.सहकारिता  में लोकतंत्र राजस्थान की महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि है.सहकार सप्ताह का सफलतम आयोजन हम सभी की जिम्मेदारी है.

Diwali Festival

Deewali which is also known as Diwali, Deepavali or Dipavali, is a festival of lights, joy, brightness and happiness. The Diwali Celebration or Diwali Festival is done with great enthusiasm by all Indians all around the world. The uniqueness of Diwali festival is in its harmony of five varied philosophies, with each day to a special thought or ideal. People celebrate each of its five days of festivities with true understanding, it will uplift and enrich the lives. During Diwali, Goddess Lakshmi is believed to visit our homes. So the homes should be well lit. That is why on Diwali families decorate their homes withDiwali diyas or Diwali lamps and other different Diwali decorations. People wear their best clothes or buy new ones, children are given presents and new year greetings are exchanged through visits or Diwali cards. Thus, aRangoli design is created on doorsteps to welcome everybody. Rangoli exudes a pattern in color that are specific for each region. Diwali is a unique confluence of happiness, bliss & prosperity. We wish our near & dear ones a Happy Diwali by sending them Deepavali greetings and Diwali egreetings.You can also send a Diwali ecard to your distant friend. Shops are brimming with Diwali greetings and varieties of Diwali diyas along with different kinds of Diwali gifts, Diwali pictures and Diwali lamps. The prices of the Diwali ornaments are on an all time high. The sweet shops are preparing themselves for the Diwali Sweets rush. With the internet now being a household name, shopping for Diwali has become a breeze. Diwali sweets, Diwali gifts and even Deepavali greetings are now available on the internet for sale. Some of these services are also free. Like the Diwali egreetings that are available on the internet are mostly free. You can log on to the website, browse through thousands of Diwali egreetings that are available on those websites, select the particular card that would like to send, mention yours and the recipient’s email address and then send the card. It’s just that simple. These sites would also let you customize your Diwaligreetings, you can change the background, the fonts, colors and sometimes even the photos on the cards. Then there is the facility of receiving confirmation reports. You can receive two reports, one when your card has been sent and the second one when your card is viewed by the recipient. So you can be rest assured that your cards were delivered properly. The magnificent five days long jubilation of Diwali celebrations or or Diwali Festival is marked by multi-colored Rangoli designs, special puja ceremonies, lines of lamps, floral decorations fireworks, exchange of sweets and gifts that lends grandeur to the occasion. Every home - lowly or mighty - the hut of the poor or the mansion of the rich - shines with the glow of twinkling diyas or candles to welcome Lakshmi, Goddess of wealth and prosperity.

         शहीद भगत सिंह जयंती 

One of the most prominent revolutionaries of India, Bhagat Singh was born on September 27, 1907 in a Sikh family in the village of Banga in Layalpur district of present-day Pakistan. The third son of Sardar Kishan Singh and Vidyavati, Bhagat Singh's father and uncle were members of Ghadar party. He was greatly attracted towards socialism. Believed to be one of India's earliest Marxists, Bhagat Singh was one of the leaders and founders of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA). 

Bhagat Singh was deeply saddened by the Jalianwala Bagh massacre of 1919. Though he participated in the Non-cooperation movement, he was disappointed when Gandhi called off the agitation after the Chauri Chaura incident. He studied at the National College in Lahore where he came into contact with other revolutionaries such as Bhagwati Charan, Sukhdev and others. He fled from home to escape early marriage and became a member of the organization Naujawan Bharat Sabha.

Bhagat Singh was against individual acts of terrorism and gave a clarion call for mass mobilization. In 1928 he came into contact with another famous revolutionary Chandrasekhar Azad. The two combined to form the 'Hindustan Samajvadi Prajatantra Sangha'. During the Simon Commission's visit to India in February 1928, there were protests against the Simon Commission's visit to Lahore. In one of these protests, Lala Lajpat Rai was injured in a lathicharge and later on succumbed to his injuries. To avenge Lajpat Rai's death, Bhagat Singh decided to kill the British official responsible for the killing, Deputy Inspector General Scott. But he accidently shot Assistant Superintendent Saunders instead, mistaking him for Scott.

Bhagat Singh threw a bomb in the Central Legislative Assembly on April 8, 1929 and thereafter courted arrest. Bhagat Singh, Sukh Dev and Raj Guru were awarded death sentence by a court for their subversive activities. They were hanged on March 23, 1931.

Ganesh Chaturthi  गणेश चतुर्थी 

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated in the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh and many other parts of India. Started by Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaja, the great Maratha ruler, to promote culture and nationalism, the festival was revived by Lokmanya Tilak (a freedom fighter) to spread the message of freedom struggle and to defy the British who had banned public assemblies.

 Ganesha statues installed in street corners and in homes, and elaborate arrangements are made for lighting, decoration, mirrors and the most common of flowers. Poojas (prayer services) are performed daily.   These statues are then carried on decorated floats to be immersed in the sea after one, three, five, seven and ten days. Thousands of processions converge on the beaches to immerse the holy idols in the sea. This procession and immersion is accompanied by drum- beats, devotional songs and dancing. Outside India, it is celebrated widely in Nepal which was only Hindu Kingdom in the world and Tamil Hindus in Sri Lanka.

भारत में आजादी के बाद वाइल्ड लाइफ के संरंक्षण के लिए कई तरह से अच्छे प्रयास किये जा रहे हें .इसी के तहत  भारत में डाक टिकटों पर जंगलों और जंगली जानवरों ,पेड़ पोधों पर कई आकर्षक सीरिज भी जारी की गई हें .मेरे संग्रह से में अब तक जारी डाक टिकट की सीरिज प्रदर्शित कर रहा हूँ .

सहकारी बैंकों को लाइसेंस
राजस्थान में १३ सहकारी बैंकों को रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया नें लाइसेंस जारी किये हें.यह राजस्थान में सहकारिता के लिए बहुत बड़ी सफलता है . हालाँकि ये सभी बैंक लम्बे समय से बैंकिंग का काम कर रहे थे लेकिन भारतीय रिजेर्व बैंक नें मार्च २०१२ तक राज्य के सभी सहकारी बैंकों के लिए लाइसेंस अनिवार्य कर दिया था .राजस्थान में सहकारिता निरंतर आगे बढ़ रही है .कई नई योजनाएं अच्छा काम कर रही हें .अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में राजस्थान में सहकारिता उत्कृष्ट है .इस अभूतपूर्व सफलता के लिए हमारे सहकारिता मंत्री श्री परसादीलाल मीना ,प्रमुख शासन सचिव श्री आर के मीना तथा रजिस्ट्रार श्री मुकेश शर्मा को हम सभी बधाई देते हैं .राजस्थान में सहकारिता एक मिसाल के रूप में है अब हमें इसे और आगे बढ़ाना होगा तभी आम जन इससे और अधिक लाभान्वित होगा .

नया राजस्थान 
३० मार्च को राजस्थान दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है .इस बार राज्य के सुचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग नें प्रदर्शनियों का आयोजन किया .मैनें  बांसवाडा और डूंगरपुर की प्रदर्शनियों को देखा. हमारे माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गह्लोतजी के  सरकार के सवा साल की उपलब्धियों  को अत्यंत आकर्षक फोटोग्राफ्स द्वारा दर्शाया गया था.इन  प्रदर्शनियों में सहकारिता से सम्बंधित उपलब्धियों को भी दिखाना चाहिए था .गत एक  वर्ष में सहकारिता में भी  कई नए और अच्छे  कार्य हुए हें और कुछ विशिष्ट उपलब्धियां भी हासिल की हें.  डूंगरपुर और बांसवाडा के PRO मेरे मित्र श्री कमलेश शर्मा और डा.दीपक आचार्य बधाई के पात्र हें जिन्होनें इस प्रदर्शनी में हमारे राजस्थान और वागड़ को अच्छे रूप में दिखाया. में आशा करता हूँ मेरे ये मित्र मेरे विभाग की उपलब्धियों को भी  अवश्य दर्शाएँग क्योंकि बिन सहकार नहीं उद्धार.     

राजस्थान का सहकार मसाला मेला

सहकार मसाला मेला राजस्थान में सहकारिता की एक पहचान बन चूका   है.राजस्थान  का सहकारी विभाग प्रतिवर्ष अप्रेल माह में जयपुर में सहकार मेले का आयोजन करता है.यह एक  राष्ट्रीय सहकार मेला है. राजस्थान प्रमुख मसाला उत्पादक प्रदेश है.राजस्थान के सहकारी समितियों के रजिस्ट्रार श्री मुकेश शर्मा ने जानकारी दी की इस वर्ष अप्रैल में हो रहा ये मेला themebased होगा .श्री शर्मा हमारे विभाग के मुखिया होने के साथ ही  अत्यंत क्रियाशील अधिकारी हैं . 

सहकारी मेले को बहुआयामी और बहुउपयोगी बनाते हुए इस बार मसालोंकेसाथही रसोई से सम्बंधित नान स्टिक बर्तन ,वाटर प्युरिफिएर ,एयरटाईट कंटेनर ,आकर्षक क्राकरी तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरणों सेभी सजाया जायेगा .जयपुरवासिओं को गेहूं भी सहकार मसाला मेले में उपलब्ध करने की व्यवस्था होगी .इस मेले में केरल स्पाइस बोर्ड के तरल मसाले ,चटनियाँ और मसालों को विशेष आकर्षण बनाया जाएगा .सहकार मसाला मेले का समय ज्यों-ज्यों नजदीक आता जा रहा है त्यों-त्यों लोगों की उत्सुकता अपने चरम पर दिखाई दे रही है. राजस्थान का मसाला मेला अब शुध्धता के लिए भी पहचाना लगा है.

भारत में पक्षिओं की बहुत प्रजातियाँ पाई जाती हें .इनमें  कुछ पक्षी अत्यंत दुर्लभ हें जिनके  संरक्षण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है .आजकल लोगों में इन पक्षियों के प्रति आकर्षण उत्पन्न हो रहा है .भारत सरकार ने वर्ष 1968 पक्षिओं की एक डाक टिकट श्रंखला जारी की थी .इसके बाद भी कई अवसरों पर पक्षिओं पर डाक टिकट जारी किये गए .पक्षिओं के प्रति लोगों को भी आगे आना होगा तभी इस दुर्लभ जीव का सही रक्षण हो सकेगा .में अपने डाक संग्रह से वर्ष 1968 में जारी डाक टिकटों को प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ ............
