Picturesque Udaipur-Dungarpur NH-8

Hilly track of Udaipur-Dungarpur-Ahmedabad national highway no.8 looks like a valley of Kashmir.Lush green hills with small huts and sharp curving roads gives us pleasant and enjoyable driving experience.

Mr.P.C.Kishan as new collector of Dungarpur

Dungarpur is having a new collector.Mr P.C.Kishan an IAS officer of 2005 batch, joined on saturday 29th August.Mr.Kishan  appears to be good officer mainly concern with the public welfare and development of common people.Dungarpur expects good governance and sustained efforts from his part.I think we must carry his ideas and plans in execution. He is having a good hand in painting and lover of music. His such creativity, hobbies and engineering excellance will be advantage for the development of Dungarpur as a whole. His first interection with press was quite different from the traditions set by the earlier DM's.Let's hope for the best of his success.Good luck Mr.Kishan.

Music a real and live medicine

I'm very fond of classical and old hindi film songs.Classics like Zakir Hussain's Tabla,Hari Prasad Chourasiya's Flute.Pandit Ravi shanker's Sitar, are our assets and rich source of peace.Old hindi films and their music are still a choice of millions across the country and abroad.I think music is the best medicine of stress and strain.Just try and feel.I like singing songs of great Hemant Kumar. I think whenever you feel down think of good music.
